I've met a lot of moms who thought they just needed to try harder.

They blamed themselves for feeling overwhelmed. They wondered why they couldn't stick with healthy habits or why they felt so exhausted by the end of the day.

But after years of caring for children, teens, and families, I've learned that's rarely the whole story.

Stress and anxiety change the way we think, feel, sleep, eat, and respond to the people around us. When we better understand those patterns and connections, we can begin responding to them differently.

That's the work we do together.

How We'll Work Together

Motherhood comes with unique demands.

The constant decision-making, caregiving, competing priorities, and pressure to hold everything together can leave very little time or energy for yourself.

Coaching is designed to work within the reality of your life, helping you build habits and skills that support your well-being without adding another impossible standard to meet.

Common Questions

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is different from therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

The Rebalanced Mom program focuses on education, behavior change, nervous system regulation, lifestyle habits, and practical skill-building to help you better manage the effects of chronic stress and anxiety. If you're currently working with a therapist, coaching can often complement that work.

Is this right for me if I don't have an anxiety diagnosis?

Absolutely. Many women feel chronically overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or "stuck" without having a diagnosed anxiety disorder.

This program is designed for anyone who wants to better understand how stress is affecting their health and develop practical strategies to feel more balanced, resilient, and in control of their daily life.

How much time should I expect to dedicate each week?

In addition to your weekly coaching session, most clients spend about 15–30 minutes a few times each week practicing new skills, completing reflection exercises, or working on agreed-upon habits.

We don’t want to overburden your already full schedule. It's about building realistic changes that fit into the life you're already living.

What does coaching look like between sessions?

Support doesn't end when the session is over.

You'll have access to your personalized resources through Practice Better, including action steps, habit tracking, educational materials, and reflection prompts. Between-session communication is also available when questions come up or you need additional support.

What if I've tried to make changes before and they never lasted?

Many women already know what they "should" be doing. The challenge usually isn't a lack of information—it's finding an approach that fits real life.

Rather than expecting you to overhaul everything at once, coaching focuses on small, sustainable changes that build on one another. As your routines evolve, we'll adjust the plan together so it continues to work for your life, not against it.
