Therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and helping individuals process psychological concerns.
As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Michelle uses an evidence-based, client-centered approach to help clients clarify their goals, develop realistic action steps, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health and well-being.
If your needs extend beyond the scope of health and wellness coaching, Michelle will help you determine the most appropriate next step and, when appropriate, encourage you to work with your healthcare provider or a licensed mental health professional.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but it can complement therapy for individuals who are already working with a licensed mental health professional.
